NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Stockholder's meeting for the Hamilton Development Corporation will be held in the Hamilton Bank, in Hamil- ton, MO, on Monday, January 13, 2026, at 7 p.m. for the election of directors and the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting. Stock transfer books will be closed the evening of Friday, January 9, 2026 ind be reopened the morning of Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
