Mary Kincaid
Mary Kincaid, age 96, formerly of Polo, Mo., entered into her eternal life May 9, at Shirkey Nursing Home in Richmond. Mary was a life long resident of Ray County and Polo.
Mary was an avid gardener and quilter, and she was actively involved in her church. She spent several years as Secretary/Treasurer for the Bethel Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Grafton, their daughter, Janice, and by her seven siblings.
She is survived by her three children, Larry (Marsha) of Polo, Lynda Kincaid of Ottawa, IL, and Buzz (Nancy) of Kansas City. Mary had seven grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She devoted her life to her family and friends.
Services will be held Saturday, May 14, at Bethel Christian Union Church, located at 220th Street, approximately five miles south of Polo on Highway 13. A visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with the service following. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery. The family suggests memorial gifts to Shirkey Hospice of Richmond or to the Bethel Cemetery Fund.
Arrangements are under the direction of Stith Family Funeral Home in Polo.
