Lennie Lee Hurshman

Lennie Lee Hurshman, age 41, a resident of Braymer, MO, passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2016, at Liberty Hospital in Liberty.

Lennie was born the son of Clifford and Deborah (Tarwater) Hurshman on Oct. 5, 1974, in Richmond. He was a member of the Braymer Baptist Church in Braymer. Lennie liked helping people, no matter how bad he felt, and loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He also loved playing Santa Claus for all of the kids.

Survivors include his father, Clifford Hurshman, of the home; two brothers, Danny Hurshman of Trenton and Jimmy Hurshman (Breanna) of Braymer; two sisters, Angel Youtsey (Evan) of Hope and Carla Demsko (John) of Braymer; and 14 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Deborah Hurshman.

A memorial service will be held at the Braymer Baptist Church in Braymer, on Saturday, June 18, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. A scheduled family visitation will be held at the Braymer Baptist Church in Braymer on Saturday, June 18, one hour prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lennie Lee Hurshman Memorial Fund, and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Mo. 64601.
