Kingston bridge update

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held Wednesday afternoon at the Kingston bridge. The bridge is scheduled to open Thursday, Nov. 10, after the construction crew has had time to remove their equipment and do some clean up. The bridge has been completed ahead of time of the Dec. 1 target date. Randy Railsback of the Green Hills Regional Planning Commission and members of the Highway 13 Corridor Coalition were instrumental in ensuring that the Kingston bridge had top priority on the State’s schedule of bridgework to be completed.
