Robert Warren Taylor

Robert Warren Taylor age 53, was born in St. Petersburg, Fl to Jacqueline L. and Glenn E. Taylor.  He passed away at KU Medical Center on May 17, 2022.  He was a member of the Braymer Christian Church.  He graduated from Braymer High School in 1987 after which he enlisted in the Army.  He served his country in Desert Storm, for which he received two Bronze Stars.  He later became a Police Officer, Bartender and CAD-3 Operator.  After graduating from Indiana State University Purdue, he worked for Renown Medical Center, in Reno NV, as a BioMedical Technician.  It was there he loved to camp, hike, fish and snowshoe in the beautiful mountains, lakes and deserts of Lake Tahoe and surrounding areas.

Robert is survived by his parents; four brothers; Robert Field (Tricia) of Noblesville, IN; Richard Taylor (Tammy) of Noblesville, IN; Roger Taylor of St. Joseph, and Seth Taylor (Dione) of Beech Grove, IN.; two sisters; Lisa Kramer (Brad) of Lenexa, KS and Noel Cross (Ellis) of St. Joseph. As well as, 9 nieces, 7 nephews and 6 great nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday, May 26 at Sunset Hills Christian Church, 6347 Leavenworth Rd., Kansas City KS.  Visitation will be at 6:30pm with services to follow at 7:30pm.  A private burial will be later.
