Wilberta (Billie) S. Shartzer

Wilberta (Billie) S. Shartzer, age 81, of Cameron, MO, passed away on Nov. 25, 2017, in Cameron. She had lived in Cameron since 1976, and previously lived in Hamilton.

Billie was born on Nov. 15, 1936, in DeKalb County in Santa Rosa, to Roscoe and Eva (Bechtold) Bratcher. She graduated from the Maysville High School, and worked as a beautician and as a medical technician for McDonough Medical Clinic in Gladstone for numerous years.

Billie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, in 1997. She was also preceded by her parents; sisters, Roxie Minor and Retha Maltsberger; and brothers, Sherman and Wyman Bratcher.

Survivors include her daughter, Debbie (Danny) Blackburn of Hamilton; granddaughter, Brandi of Lee’s Summit; and grandson, Richard, of Gladstone; and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation has been entrusted to Bram Funeral Home in Hamilton. Billie requested no formal services. Inurnment will be private at a later date at Highland Cemetery in Hamilton. Memorials may be made to Three Rivers Hospice or the Alzheimer’s Association. www.bramfuneralservices.com
