Another Gun Grab

Fellow Americans,

The worst mass shooting in U.S. history occurred in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017. As predicted, America’s anti-gun zealots immediately began shouting for “gun control.” Politicians like House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi called for extensive background checks on anyone wanting to buy a gun. Apparently, Nancy doesn’t know extensive background checks have been a federal requirement since the Brady Act of 1993. Nancy, how would background checks have prevented this (or any other) shooting? Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer called for more gun laws to keep guns out the wrong hands. Chucky, what additional laws would have prevented this shooting? Two-time presidential candidate (loser) Hideous Hillary Clinton called for a ban on silencers and blamed the National Rifle Association! How would a ban on silencers have prevented the Las Vegas shooting, Hideous, and how is the NRA responsible for a madman’s behavior?

Even late night “comedians” have become political with their anti-gun rants. Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, and Jimmy Fallon all tried to pull at America’s heartstrings while calling for stricter gun control. None of them made any specific suggestions, just generalizations about eradicating guns. They claim they want to prevent the murder of innocents, but for some reason abortion is never mentioned in the conversation. Abortion is murder. Late-term and partial-birth abortions are even more violent than being shot. Read my article, Pure Evil, and see for yourself just how sinister abortion really is!

Inner-city gang violence is another topic that is never brought up during “gun control” discussions. Don’t the politicians and comedians care about impoverished, disadvantaged inner-city youth? According to an article on www.cnn.com, the homicide rate in Chicago climbed to a 19 year high and attacks on police officers doubled in 2016! Where are Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and Black Lives Matter on this?

The bottom line is criminals and terrorists don’t care about our Constitutional rights, society’s rules, or God’s laws. An evildoer hell-bent on murder will murder in spite of all the laws already on the books. Instead of blaming the weapon, let’s place the blame squarely where it belongs and get serious about punishing these savages. Let’s resist these knee-jerk gun grabs by embracing the Constitution and educating ourselves and our children. Please pray for our country and our leaders.
